Senior Account Executive - Cloud Solutions (f/m/d)

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Account Executive to join our fast-growing team and take ownership of our expansion in the German-speaking market. This is the ideal opportunity for someone with B2B sales experience in SaaS, IT or Cloud, who wants to take the next step into the Hyperscaler ecosystem while having the freedom and responsibility to shape strategy from day one.
In this role, you will lead strategic sales cycles with enterprise and mid-market clients, build strong relationships with C-level decision-makers, and collaborate directly with our founders to define and execute go-to-market strategies. Your focus: driving AWS consulting and engineering growth across Germany.
This is not just about hitting quota but it’s about building something new, making an impact, and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the AWS ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities
- New business & expansion: Win new customers in the DACH region and grow existing accounts with cross- and upselling of AWS services and consulting.
- Full sales cycle ownership: From prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing, you run deals end-to-end with multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic impact: Co-develop and execute account and go-to-market plans together with the founders and our consultants.
- Enterprise engagement: Build and nurture relationships with C-level decision-makers, positioning AWS as a driver for business transformation.
- AWS ecosystem leverage: Actively engage with AWS teams and programs to accelerate deals and strengthen our joint market presence.
Your profile:
- Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally with exposure to enterprise or mid-market customers.
- A strong consultative selling background with proven success in closing complex IT or SaaS deals.
- Curiosity and ambition to deepen expertise in AWS and the Hyperscaler world (previous AWS/Cloud experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German (native/near-native) and English (fluent).
- An entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, self-starter, and motivated by building something new.
