We are looking for a driven and ambitious Strategic Demand Generation Representative (SDG) to join our fast-growing team and help build our international sales pipeline across the CEE market. 
 
This is not a traditional SDR role as you will work closely with our founders, Account Executives, and AWS partner teams to create and qualify opportunities that drive our AWS consulting and engineering growth internationally.
 
This role is designed as an entry point into strategic cloud sales - with real exposure to enterprise customers, AWS programs, and complex sales cycles.
 
This means in your day-to-day you will:
 

  • Identify and develop new customer opportunities through structured prospecting
  • Engage stakeholders from operational level up to senior executives
  • Qualify opportunities and define next steps together with sales
  • Ensure opportunities are handed over to the right Account Executive in a timely and customer-friendly manner
  • Maintain pipeline visibility and activity tracking in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, founders, and AWS partner teams
  • Contribute to building our international sales engine in CEE


Your success will be measured by activity quality, opportunity creation, and contribution to pipeline growth.

Your profile:

Basic qualifications

  • Experience in IT sales, sales development, or technology sales
  • Experience engaging prospective accounts and identifying customer opportunities
  • Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and a CEE language, ideally Serbian
  • A structured, persistent, and ownership-driven working style

 Preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Sales certification or equivalent training
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools
